In reply to Roland. Hi Roland, there's no entry fee to access the First Lounge Spa. However, appointments are limited and allocated on a case-by-case basis. Those flying Qantas first class and top tier frequent flyer members are likely to have the best chance of a preferred appointment time.

Hi Adele, Thanks for a great review. Do you know what the opening hours of the spa are under the new operator. It used to close at 4pm – is that still the case?

In reply to Glenn Low. Hi Glenn, it does depend on the Lounge and also your itinerary. In Sydney, I've entered even earlier (with a flight from Adelaide first). If you're flying ex Sydney, you may be restricted by checkin opening three hours beforehand, unless you are able to checkin online.
